This Gym Class consists of:

​- Brain exercise (through using physical exercises)

- Physical exercise (using body weight & equipment)

- Memory training (memorising physical exercises)

- Brain & Body workout (through carrying out memory-directed physical exercise)

A memory technique is learnt and you are led on a walk whereby you memorise the waypoints of the route, finishing at a venue for route recall.
